Returns with Reason

While our aim is to provide garments you’ll want to wear daily, we understand that not every fit, color, or fabric will meet expectations. Our return policy is crafted to be fair, efficient, and in line with the values of modern menswear.

Return Criteria

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The item is in original, unused condition and packaging

• The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

• The item is not a final-sale or clearance item

• The item has not been altered, worn, or washed

To begin a return, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with confirmation and return instructions.

Please do not send items back without authorization, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

• We advise using a trackable shipping method. Arrive Grace is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Should your item arrive with a defect or not match your order, notify us within 7 days. Please include a description and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Timeline

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• We will confirm eligibility by email

• If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error on our part

Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
